I have been job sharing for the last 15 months with a wonderful woman. It has given the both of us the freedom we crave to be spontaneous in our lives. I really appreciate the concept after she was away to care for her mother for 6 weeks. I don't think I could ever go back to working full time all the time. I feel I need creative time on my own and job sharing allows that. I have 5 glorious days off in a row right now and loving it. Time to look at my want to do list!
Maybe today I will work on the plans for the new kitchen, the outside walls are going to be framed in this weekend and the windows installed.
